經 114/9/11 系務會議、114/9/16 院務會議討論，並於 114/12/10 教務會議備查通過，自 114 學年度起入學之學生，寰宇外語教育學士學位學程訂定之英語畢業條件如下：
學生須在畢業前通過 任一項等同本系「英語能力畢業條件標準表（附表一）」所列之 CEFR B2 等級（含）以上之聽讀、說、寫相當程度之英語能力檢定：

1. 培力英檢（BESTEP）2. 全民英檢（GEPT）3.外語能力測驗 FPT 4.劍橋國際英語認證（Cambridge English FCE）

5.雅思（IELTS）6. 多益測驗（TOEIC）7. 托福網路測驗（TOEFL iBT）8. 劍橋領思—職場英語測驗（Linguaskill Business）劍橋領思—實用英語測驗（Linguaskill General）

本學程學生須於畢業前完成檢定並繳交正式 成績單或證書，方可取得系訂英語能力畢業資格。

學生未能達成前項標準者，應於大三下學期以前參加至少一次英語能力檢 定，並提出檢定成績證明文件。若檢定成績仍未符合前項規定，應依規定修 習由外語教學中心開設之補強課程。

該課程以 CEFR B2 等級為基準，並列為畢業條件之一，學生須完成四學分，始得畢業。前項補強課程之學分，僅 作為學生符合畢業英文能力條件之補充規定，不列入畢業學分總數計算。

Following discussions in the Department Meeting on September 11, 114, and the College Meeting on September 16, and with confirmation by the Academic Affairs Meeting on December 10, the English graduation requirements for students admitted from the 114 academic year onward are as follows:

Before graduation, students must pass one English proficiency test that meets the CEFR B2 level or above in listening, reading, speaking, and writing, as specified in the program’s “English Proficiency Graduation Requirements Table (Appendix 1).” Eligible tests include:

BESTEP/ GEPT/ FPT /Cambridge English FCE/ IELTS/ TOEIC/ TOEFL iBT/ Linguaskill Business/ Linguaskill General

Students must complete the required test and submit an official score report or certificate before graduation in order to fulfill the program’s English proficiency graduation requirement.

Students who do not meet the above requirement must take at least one English proficiency test before the second semester of their junior year and submit the corresponding score report. If the result still does not meet the required standard, the student must enroll in remedial courses offered by the Foreign Language  Center.

These remedial courses are based on the CEFR B2 level and are considered part of the graduation requirements. Students must complete 4 credits before graduation. These credits serve solely as a supplementary requirement for meeting the English proficiency standard and will not be counted toward the total number of credits required for graduation.
