奉教育部核准，靜宜大學自104學年度起成立「寰宇外語教育學士學位學程」，本學程為僅四十人的菁英專班，以培養具備國際視野暨優異外語能力之中等或國小外語師資、經貿、外交人才、外語導覽暨領隊以及華語文教師人才。
學程特色：
1.本學位學程旨在培育外語和文教事業相關管理人才，學生必修英文及數位教學等專業課程，也可選修教育和商業課程及第二外語
2.強調培養AI世代未來教育所需的多媒體與資訊軟體應用能力，能設計並行銷創新的網路與課室教學法。
3.強化學生國際視野，課程結合聯合國永續發展目標（SDGs）議題，並提供跨文化合作學習機會，訓練學生獨立思考與思辨能力和團隊合作解決問題之能力。
4.重視學生選課與留學和就業輔導，畢業前須至少出國交換留學一學期或在國內外企業與文教機構實習一學期，或攻讀國際雙學位。
5.畢業後可創業或任職跨國企業、中小學校及（網路）文教事業、海內外華語教學文教事業、外語領隊或導遊等觀光事業，就業市場寬廣。
The Global Foreign Language Education Program (GFLEP) accepts talented students from across the globe and helps their development with the knowledge of learning a foreign language by virtue of which it would help them secure a job as a high school or elementary school teacher, a position in the industry, a tour guide, or a professor with a degree in teaching Chinese as a foreign language. In this program, there is an elite class of forty promising students that the GFLEP take pride in. With the assistance from teachers of the English, Spanish and Japanese departments, and the upcoming faculty members to our university every year, we’ll do our best to strive for excellence, while confidently facing the challenges of the 21st century.
